Originally, this was going to be something else. But then it was this. One day, Mr. Zoth shall release Dr. Zoth's Yoga Video Music-- which is essentially how this started-- but today is not the day.

Vocals are by Mr. Zoth with samples procured from all kinds of sources. Heartfelt thanks goes out to Nicole Turner and Andy Anderson ('Ding!") for their help and advice on this one. Title inspired by the incomparable Chris Tihor.
