You are a wanderer. A seeker of adventure. A rogue. You have heard of the Tombs for a long time now, and you've been honing your skills so that you may be properly prepared to explore the remains of what were once known as The Tenebrae.

What awaits you? Grabbing your gear-- boots, backpack, large sack, a collapsible 10-foot pole, a bullseye lantern, some garlic and wolfsbane, iron rations that won't make you puke, a holy symbol of a faith you don't much believe in (but just in case), your trusty sword, a sturdy dagger for close encounters, and a few other odds and ends-- you make your way to the stables, where a local guide will show you to a special path that should get you past most of the initial horrors before you arrive at the Tombs of the Tenebrae. Roll a d12 and test your fate, or simply trudge through the all of the Tombs at your own peril.

Best of luck, brave fool. May your gods, living or dead, watch over you. Because if they don't, there are a few immortal terrors who are interested in the position.
